Join visiting teacher and oneOeight guide Amelia Kathryn Barnes for a dynamic, fluid, and intuitive yoga class.
You will be guided toward the boundaries of your comfort zone – and maybe even beyond!
The physical practice, or asana, will be followed by journaling and sharing so that we can create deeper connection to ourselves and one another.

Please bring a notebook, pen, and a yoga mat if possible.
